Surgery Times

Opening Times

Monday 8.00am - 6.30pm
Tuesday 8.00am - 6.30pm
Wednesday 8.00am - 6.30pm (Duty doctor on call 1.00 - 6.30pm)
Thursday 8.00am - 7.30pm
Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm

All appointments are to be triaged via the telephone. If you ring to book an appointment you will be placed on the GP's telephone call back screen. The GP will call you and make a decision if you need to be seen as a Face to Face appointment or he/she may be able to deal with your query/condition over the phone.

Extended Hours Surgery

This is provided on a Thursday between 6.30 and 7.30pm for all patients who cannot attend during the normal surgery hours. All appointments must be booked in advance.


To make an appointment please ring the surgery. Appointments are available four weeks in advance.

Out Of Hours

(Provided by NHS 111 Service)

In case of emergency ring NHS 111 – Daily from 6.30pm to 8.00am next day (Monday to Friday)
Saturday 8.00am to Sunday 8.00am
Sunday 8.00am to Monday 8.00am
Bank Holiday 8.00am to next working day 8.00am

Television Call In System

The surgery uses a television call in system and all patients are requested to check the TV screen attentively and note the room number displayed on the screen. If you have missed to note your details on the screen please speak to the reception staff.

Access For The Disabled

The surgery has ramp access for the disabled and is equipped for patients in wheelchairs to be seen on the ground floor. Three of our consultation rooms are on the ground floor where there are also suitable toilet facilities. A hearing loop is also available and our receptionists can advise on our policy for guide dogs.

Bromley Dial-a-ride

This service is available to assist those patients who do not have their own transport.
